Abstract

The tendency of increasing the number of people who today attended the town's activities were growing impact of the tendency of waste increased and varied (Syafrudin, 2006: 2).

This research was done due to limited Landfill Manggar and increased waste generation from year to year are not comparable with the increase in the number of waste management facilities and infrastructure. The study was conducted by searching the daily amount of waste volume along the street Sudirman-Marsma Iswahyudi and analyze the costs and equipment used in the transport of waste on along the street Jenderal Sudirman-Marsma Iswahyudi, Balikpapan City.

The study results transporting waste and hygiene activities along the street Jenderal Sudirman-Marsma Iswahyudi, Balikpapan City obtain a total volume of 60.91 m3 of waste that amount will cost Rp. 469,217.48 per day.

Abstract
One of the objectives of flats and flats is one of the government's efforts to improve the welfare and labor productivity TNI AD and members of the police on duty throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In the implementation of the construction of flats (Rusun), especially in the Rusun TNI AD Samarinda changes the method it started using precast system was not allowed to do when the target completion 5 months, when viewed from the location and supply of concrete materials and therefore the method is combined with a conventional method. The time delay of project implementation is the responsibility of the contractor as project manager. If the delay in the long term, it could have been sanctioned by the contractor awarded the project owner as no longer relevant to the time planned in the contract documents.
With the calculations done manually, using the help of Microsoft Project is one part of Microsoft Office that can help perform calculations faster. To determine the work to be carried out calculations project acceleration with optimum cost.
Based on the analysis time and costs that have been done, it can be concluded: The proper method to accelerate project implementation time is a combination system that combines a precast system and konvensional. With the combined system can be accelerated time is 25 days. With a combined system costs is Rp. 542,110,123.93 less than conventional systems but more than precast system.

Abstract:

In the loading and unloading activities of passengers, passenger and freight vehicles in Kariangau Ferry Terminal there are some obstacles, including: the access of vehicles out of the vessel closed by the queue of vehicles going into the vessel, the exit port is often closed by the queue of vehicles buying tickets, Heavy vehicles can not use the exit harbor due to the steep slope of the road so heavy vehicles have to exit the harbor using the port entrance. Based on the above conditions there are problems that arise: the pattern of irregular port outflow, many vehicles do not adhere to the queuing system, parking space for vehicles that will enter the ship is not sufficient, the absence of zoning for each vehicle size to facilitate the arrangement, the condition of the steep harbor exit.

From the results of the analysis of the need for arrangement of loading and unloading between dock I, dock II and dock Plengsengan need a better arrangement so that the pattern of vehicle flow in and out of the vessel to be smooth. Need for the addition of parking area ready to fit, also needed a special parking for introductory and pickup. Zoning is required for the vehicle is ready to fit, the vehicle queue after the purchase of tickets, vehicle queue ticket purchase, pickup and delivery vehicle. The existence of a special flow pattern for heavy-duty vehicles that will exit the port is directed to the main gate to avoid heavy vehicles breaking down, retreat resulting from the exit is too steep.
